While we didn't love where we stayed, we loved the location. The kids spent most mornings on the beach with Dad or Grandpa. They would have been happy to spend the entire time exploring and throwing rocks into Lake Huron. Solitude, Beauty, Memories.

I have to ask.. is it fun to go to a beach when it is too cold to get in?
